Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday to Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Germany: 2 to 4 business days

  • European Union: 3 to 7 business days

  • International: 7 to 21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or external factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

Delivery Issues

545Vintage is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.

Risk of Loss

Title and risk pass to the customer once the package is handed to the carrier.

Customs & Duties (International)

International shipments may incur customs, duties, or import fees. These are the buyer’s responsibility.
